The service and product are excellent. Unfortunately there was a trimming cut that made the dash cover unusable. I called Kay at customer service and she helped me get the information they needed to supply a replacement cover in short order. New cover received and it is a perfect fit. Hi,
The dash cover should fit snugly over the entire dash. Practice putting it in place for later when you'll do this with silicone on the cover. Clean the underside of your Coverlay dash cover. Align and secure it with tape, weights, and wedges (placed between your windshield and dash cover)Apply the silicone provided in your kit to the underside of the dash cover.

As per checking, the dash cover does not mention anything or a hole provision for the light sensor. As I see it, the cover does not block the light sensor portion because this simply installs over existing dashboard.

This dash cover is color basic gray. If you are not sure of the color of your dash you can call your local dealership and provide your VIN number so they can provide you the correct color code and color name. Please check our supplier's website for the dash cover options as well.
