I have never heard of this except for non flammable tanks. This unit works as good as OEM.

Hello – Fuel pressure specifications will vary by vehicle. I suggest consulting the appropriate repair manual to determine the fuel pressure specifications, as well as the correct procedure for checking the pressure, on your truck.
