Hi Randy, Yes. The Throttle position sensor is included on this throttle body.

Yes, it's all in one housing. Mine had just the sensor go bad, but I had to replace the whole thing.

Hello Wayne, The base gasket is not included. We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.
