Mirror is good quality but the painted mirror cap is actually just primed. If it is painted then the paint is way off from the factory paint. Also the puddle light was broken in the box, had to glue back in place. Otherwise good mirror

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sun, Jan 15The left side mirror unit is truly a duplicate of the unit that came with your vehicle. The ONLY paintable piece is cap. You should receive two caps. One black glossy (paintable or leave as is for a black or dark blue vehicle) and one textured (probably not meant for painting).

Answered by Robert M. / Sun, Jan 15The cap comes in black but can be removed and replaced with the one you already have if you do have it. Otherwise, yes paint the cap. The rest of the mirror is black from the factory.
