Part was delivered late. However, it was shipped on time from carparts. I could not use it since it was late. But I lined it up once I opened the box the bumper did line up. Also CASA Certified is what I like as well.

Yes, if you’re okay with just a few fasteners missing... In the event that you aren’t okay with that, note that the majority of the fasteners that matter and keep the bumper safely secure and in place are a perfect match; save for a few additional fasteners that were added to an upper rail between the headlights. But, if it proves to be much of a problem you can always go pull that rail piece from your local junkyard on whatever year Accord you want the bumper of... I have a 2000 Honda Accord and had to go out on a limb because this question wasn’t answered anywhere. All in all, it’s a perfect fit from fender, underside and headlight fastener locations.
