Fit was exact, all mounting holes lined up. Came with both high and low beam bulbs. Both left and right required beam adjustment to properly light the road after install, identical to OEM design.

Hi Luis, I'm glad to be of assistance to you. There are adjustment screws for the horizontal and vertical adjustments. Park the vehicle about 25 feet from the wall. Place tape about 4 feet high on the wall, which will be the centerline. Clockwise turns should raise the lights, while counterclockwise turns should lower the lights.
