Hi Rey, I'm glad to assist you. This is not compatible with the TSX model with a 2.4L engine. But it does fit a 2005 to 2008 Acura TL Types-S 3.2L engine. Since you mention the model TSX and also Type-S, please provide the 17-character of your VIN for us to carefully check what model you really have. If you have the 2004 to 2008 Acura TL Type-S 3.2L.
