Hi Peter, thank you for reaching out. The rotation of this fan is clockwise if you are looking at the vehicle from the front. It is counterclockwise if you are sitting inside the vehicle. The rotation of this fan is similar to the original part. This item is for the a/c condenser of several Honda CR-V/Element models.
