Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Oct 15Unfortunately, the radiator needs to be drained, and the A/C system needs to be evacuated to replace the core support. If not, you run the risk of damaging the radiator and condenser while the core support is removed and the new one is installed. That makes more expenses if they are damaged.

Answered by William H. / Sun, Oct 16The vehicle I’m replacing the core support in does not have AC, and I did not have to disconnect the radiator for replacement. Not sure about the condenser without seeing the vehicle. I wish I could be more help.
