Answered by Grace G. / Wed, Apr 27yes it does you have to order the little fasteners too. at the local auto parts there expensive. so if they have a bag take them.. they will be cheaper. this plastic is very cheap and must use all the fasteners or it will fly off.. I just ordered ALL 4 PIECES for his fenders and the piece your questioning ..they snap in pretty easily..
