It worked but the design was a little off and the holes were to small had to open them up with a hole bit other than that did what I needed it to do

Hi Marti, thank you for reaching out. No, it is not. This item is for models without the California emissions exhaust system. Per checking, we don't have a catalytic converter for the 3.5-liter engine 2004 Isuzu Rodeo S with a California emissions system. Have a nice day.
