My GF tailgate lifts went out so we had to hold the heavy hatch Everytime we needed anything. I thought I'd have to do all kinds of mechanical stuff to remove and replace. It literally took me 7 min from start to finish to yank old ones out and new ones in. Now that hatch is feather light and no more fear of being decapitated while unloading groceries.
Received pretty fast and allot cheaper then everywhere else I seen online.
