Well Merlyn there suppose to snap right in, not sure if they are suppose to have some kind of extra clip(s) hardware that would come with them, but unfortunately I had to buy two off the chrome plastic strip/moldings (there not metal) because the first one I payed a professional of a body shop to put it on but he told me that he could not guarantee the installation do to the cheaper aftermarket ones are not designed right for the clips to be angled right and sure enough it came off and I ended up running over it as I came to a stop sign. So the second one I had to order. I am engineering a way to fasten it on myself. the chrome strip/molding is made by Tong Yang company out of Taiwan and are not genuine Chrysler-dodge made. Hope this helps. And sorry carparts, but its the truth
