It arrived to my residence in the back of a semi truck, not tied down and the cardboard box was all beat up, and the hood was dented, scratched and twisted, never ordering from these characters ever again

The replacement order tracking ing shows that teh replacement was delivered on October 9, 2020. I would also like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.
