Looks like a direct fit for 2013 grand cherokee. It is black plastic but will paint it to match the black pearl paint job of the jeep. Haven't installed yet but looks like good quality and the dimensions are the same as the factory mirror so it should fit without issue.

The one I purchased early this year is black a generic black. My mirrors are white so I am not matching. I'm not sure if we can select colors.
