It's a good oem replacement but I am a little disappointed in the pads. It doesn't feel with the same breaking force that the oem that came with my Honda. Rotors looks amazing and good quality built.

I have used the Powerstop cross-drilled rotors and ceramic brake pads on several vehicles, and they work flawlessly. I had warping issues with the OE and different replacement front rotors for my 2008 Tundra. These were the only combination that stopped that problem (no pun intended).

Question: Why do the power stop drilled and vented rotors and pads cause a clicking noise when I apply brakes? I see that many reviews from people who have had the same problem with their new power stop drilled and slotted rotors. Hi J, I'm glad to be of assistance to you. Manufacturers of rotors tend to put a thin layer of grease on the rotors before shipping them out to prevent rust buildup. This layer should be cleaned off before you install the rotors onto the car. To remove grease and other metal particles that would cause squeal and clicking noise. Also, all new brake pads and rotors must be "bedded-in." Bedding in, breaking in, or burnishing - are all terms for conditioning new disc brake pads and rotors to maximize performance.
