Hi Jim,
As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware(bolts, nuts, grommets..etc). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sun, Nov 22My flares came with the standard plastic fasteners. I added 2 small bolts at the front through existing holes for extra support. Just turn wheels full.left or right to install those. No need to remove tire. Be sure to order the correct finish. My originals were shiny black the replacements were Matt black. Hard to notice difference.
