Was a perfect fit runs great. Had to do no modification at all. Just toke out the old and put in the new one.

Hi Phillip, I'm glad to help you out. This is only for the LHD of the 2006 Jeep Wrangler Sport 6 Cyl 4.0L. Upon checking, we currently do not have in stock the direct-fit LHD blower motor for the vehicle. You may want to consider purchasing the blower motor resistor. Hi Phillip, I'm glad to help you out. Upon checking, this is only for the left-hand drive vehicles of the 2002-2006 Jeep Wrangler, and 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty. I hope this helps. You may also want to consider replacing the blower motor resistor to save on labor costs. Have a nice day.
