slips on as designed but does not replace the molding mounting bracket. Packaging could have been better both ends had bent edges that had to be straightened.

Answered by Aldrin P. / Sat, Dec 17Yes, it is slip over, for my 2003 Liberty Limited it did require some modification. If the rear plastice molding mounting brackets are rusted away these will not address that issue. I had to manufacture brackets to reinstall the plastic rear rocker covers.
