First of all- these have the bolts included and chevron designs both point forward. Other that that, easy peasy to install even though you have to order the brackets separately.

The reason I only gave a 4 is nowhere in the ad for the running boards does it say I needed to have an installation kit it just guaranteed to fit sure but ut reads like you just need the side boards

Do not believe what is written on the advertising ad page. There are two ads for the same type of running boards. One is priced at $304.99 and the other is priced at $240.99. Both state ( Drilling not required and Easy to bolt on quickly with all necessary/included hardware). The only clue that you are getting the mounting brackets is in the $304.99 ad/photo showing the mounting brackets. Note: again both ads written statements lead you to believe that the $240.99 include the mounting brackets.
When you receive the $240.99 Running Boards without the brackets you are out of luck. You will have to pay an additional $99.69 for the mounting brackets, because they are the only ones selling them. There is a slang word used to define you after you find no other recourse. SORRY
