The fuel tank protection part meets the expectations: shape and design reflects the original part, material appears solid and heavy. It fits well, arrived undamaged, no scratches or dents. Black paint does not have chips or other imperfections, but difficult to judge about longevity. Installation has to be well planned because it also holds the tank in place.
The original part on my Jeep Wrangler rusted out after 12 years east coast.
