This part is guaranteed to fit the 2009 Jeep Wrangler (JK) Rubicon 6 Cyl 3.8L and it has 2 lines just on one side.

My 2008 Jeep Wrangler rubicon unlimited has both condenser and transmission fluid inlets/connections on the same side...condenser on top and trans fluid on bottom. Realize the pictures shown are upside down. Also, the pictures don't show nor does it come with the hose fittings for the oil cooler. (Those have to be reused from your old part.)
