I don’t have exact dimensions of the glass as it is already installed but I can confirm that it’s a perfect fit for a 1993 YJ

Yes it is glued to the frame. The molding that comes with the windshield is for the outside of the windshield. The existing inner molding on the frame. Stays on the vehicle.
