I bought this to fix that code on my 2010 2.0T, but you can easily diagnose this part. Simply remove it and see if you can blow through it. I believe the default state should be closed. You can then apply 12Vs to it and it should change states (open so you can blow through). Another thing you can do is just tap the solenoid as it might just be stuck, but if it is only stuck I would replace it anyway as it will probably get stuck again in short time. There are several of these valves on the car that would cause the code so its good to verify that it is indeed this one first.

I cannot post links here but google (Hyundai 39400-2C300 Valve-Solenoid) and find the one that fits your model. This vapor canister is for purging fumes from the fuel tank after a fill-up.
