Hi Alexander, I'm pleased to assist you. No, this Halogen headlight (921012T121) will not work. Your 2013 Kia Optima SX headlight with part number 921012T131 is of HID light source. Halogen and HID can not be interchanged. The HID headlight 921012T131 is currently unavailable (sold out).
