Hi Ed, This part is guaranteed to fit the 2013 Kia Optima EX Luxury, SXL, SX, EX, and LX All Engines For US Built Models (NOTE: This is NOT for the Hybrid, Hybrid EX, Hybrid LX, and Hybrid Platinum Submodels). The low beam bulb used in this headlight is H11B as well. This headlight already comes with the bulbs.

The one that I purchased was for a 2012 Optima and the headlight assembly came with new bulbs installed.
