Hi DeQuisha,The mirror glass should be clear enough for you to see just like your original one. If it is not giving you the same quality as of the original, you can have it returned if it is defective.

HI installation was NOT a problem.. however the mirror size was smaller than the original. That was a little bit of a surprise. However having said that worked out well.
