Hello! It is easiest to power the mirror and adjust it all the way in different directions until you can see the clips, and use a screwdriver or something to pry the cap off of the retaining clips. Hope that helps!

I suggest consulting a certified automobile electrician for wirings to be installed for the turn signal to function.
