I thought mine had a gasket but be sure you replace your Upper and Lower Radiator hoses. When I went to reuse my hoses on the new housing my OEM spring hose clamps didn't seal causing leaking. I replaced with Tridon hose clamps that screw the band tight. New hoses, new clamps :-)
