Works fine in all settings. I learned that some Rovers have a "winter setting" and have researched to find out how to disengage mine but cannot find out how. Hello! Yes, the wiper assembly contains the park switch. Though I would suspect the relay or another wiring issue if your symptoms are that erratic.
