Hi Bob, I'm pleased to help you out. Upon checking, we have both parts in our IL and VA warehouses. But, it depends where you are. We usually vend out the part from the nearest warehouse to where our customer is located and in most cases, if we do not have both in one warehouse, we source it out from the warehouse where it is available and ship it separately. It would take 1-2 business days (from the time it is ordered) for the part to leave the warehouse and 3-5 business days for the customer to receive the part. As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (screws). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store or the dealership.

They bolt together into a single shield, covering the entire front section of the engine underneath.
