Not OEM fitment. Auto body shop complaining about product. Comes folded in half and doesn't perfectly come to live when open it. Big crease in center where folded. Might have to return item

Hi Steve, I'm glad to help you out. The heat gun is not required, it just makes the process faster. The bumper is folded when shipped so it needs heat to return to its original shape. It takes up to 4 hours if you leave it outside. The heat gun would be required if you're not able to do that outdoors.
