Overall better than some other after market fender liners out there. Noise insulation padding attached which is great. Pattern of holes for bolts and retainer clips are pretty close to OEM.

Hi, As per checking, this item does not come with installation hardware (bolts). We suggest getting those locally through a local auto supply store. They sell them at many parts stores.
