Here is the Arnott's response:
"Thank you for your recent interest in our AS-2894 air strut assembly. The struts are designed to work in conjunction with the original air suspension compressor.
The factory system has level height sensors that will monitor the ride height, and when the system gets too low it will automatically level out to the correct ride height.
In short, if this is replacing the factory unit, it will work just like the original suspension. However, if this is part of a custom application question, we are unable to confirm fitment."
