I was able to get my headlight assembly (driver and passenger side) replaced with these parts. They fit well. Replaced it on a 2005 RX 330 FWD (VIN starting with 2T...) with AFS!
I do see many posts stating that you cannot replace the AFS assembly with a non-AFS assembly. It does fit! I took it to a local shop that specialized in installing car lights etc. A technician from a different shop looked at it and said it could not be done; I guess he didn't know what to do.
BTW I did not want to put close to $2000 for an OEM part with AFS. I know I gave up AFS but happy with the replacement for an old car.

Hi Matt, I'm glad to assist you. No, this will not be compatible due to the difference in the wiring and bulb socket connectors for the HID and halogen. The only way to match it is to buy an HID to halogen headlight wiring conversion kit. The correct and matching set of halogen headlights for your vehicle is with part number RL10010027 and RL10010028, for a Japan made Lexus. Unfortunately, we do not carry the headlight assembly with auto leveling or with adaptive front lighting system.

I believe it does have auto leveling lights because it will automatically adjust the headlights up and down on initial start up at night against the garage doors. Wasn't too bad to change out accept for the last bolt under the fender wells that you have to remove!
