Worked exactly like it should, keep in mind if you are changing this part you should probably change the blower motor also, and definitely don’t forget to change the cabin air filter, it really makes a difference.

This part should restore your low-medium speeds. (Unless there is another issue, i.e. the switch itself, a relay, etc.)
The resistor controls the voltage to the motor for low-medium speeds.
The current bypasses the resistor to give the blower motor full voltage for the highest setting, that's why it does still blow on High only.
