Got this for my neighbor who is 91YO so he could close his door without reaching through his window. This part was not the correct panel for his door as he has heated seats but that was my fault. He wanted a working door Handle, and he got it.
The part fit pretty well, even if it was missing the seat heat buttons. The plastic rivets Ford uses on these cars door panels ridicules. Drill them all out and replace with screws. This panel works well for my needs.

No, this is for models not equipped with the door lock, heater, and memory switch on the door handles.

Answered by Arnel E. / Thu, Dec 10Unfortunately it doesn’t and I tried drilling the holes needed but didn’t like the results; But I haven’t been able to find the correct one anywhere else so at least I can open the door! P.S. I still need more if they can be found:)
