Missing/Wrong Bolts, Oversized Dog-bone Mount5-Pc Front And Rear Engine Motor Transmission Mount Kit

First, the passenger side mount does not come with a bolt. A person is supposed to utilize the old bolt. The old bolt has different threads. I had to re-assemble the old mount back onto car so I could drive to Ace Hardware with the new mount in hand and a measured photo of the old bolt length to buy a bolt. Ther Transaxle Mount to frame on drivers' side, also needs a bolt, as the one on our car (we are expected to utilize) is welded onto the car. Thankfully, I had a bolt that fit. At the very least, instructions should be included to the buyer stating the size bolts they will need. The bone-shaped mount was a total mess. First, there are no directions which way the part goes on. If you did not do this type of work, you would be lost. Both the small and large end of the mount needed to be filed down. The large end by 1/2" and the small end by 1/8". I had to do this outside on a winter day for three solid hours with a file. It is a good thing it is made out of aluminum to be able to file it down. However, the hazardous metal powder required outdoor filing. The customer should be told that there is going to be a lot more to this job than just removing and replacing. When I let "Carparts.com" and their supplier "A-Premium" know about the experience, they seemed genuinely concerned. A-Premium told me that the part was for an auto trans! No, no! The ad states it is for a manual trans, which we have. It took two days to find a kit for out manual car, and now this! When I first purchased the mount kit on the phone, the representative put me on hold to call the warehouse making sure it was for a manual trans. Anyway, the quality mounts are on and the car drives fine. I feel sorry for anyone without extensive experience, or someone that tears the car down and doesn't have a way to the hardware store. What am I driving...a UFO?

Stripped bolt5-Pc Front And Rear Engine Motor Transmission Mount Kit

I received these in good condition, but the bolt stripped on the driver side mount when torquing to spec. Luckily my old mount was still in good condition. After replace all other mounts my car feels brand new again. No more excessive shaking. When I come to a full stop my car almost feels like it’s shut off

No issues with the parts but their partner shipping company yunexpress company was slow to get to usps and I waited beyond the expected shipping date with no updates for days on end and waited a week for parts.Granted it was free shipping and if I had the option to expedite shipping and use FedEx or ups I would have gladly done so.
