Hi Raymond,
This aftermarket mirror matches the factory original specifications by fit, form, material make and functionality compared to the original mercedes part. Altering or dissassembly of this new part would void the warranty of 1 year howber. We cannot guarantee if this mirror's inside mechanism can be easily removed and installed to your original mirror housing, however. You can try but at your own risk.

For us to carefully check and be accurate on the part you need, please provide the complete information of your vehicle (year, make, model, submodel, and engine size). The VIN would be much helpful. Please specify the features and functions your mirror originally have. If it is powered, with signal light, heated, with puddle light or not, and if auto-dimming or not. I hope this helps for now.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Sat, Oct 01These don’t have the auto dimming feature, you’d have to get OEM replacements for that- if you can find some. These are a decent aftermarket alternative that just don’t have the auto dimming feature.
