I had a pretty good experience at carparts.com. I was leery of course due to all of the confusing information out there. I bought an AC compressor the part is working fine. The customer service agents were pleasant and diligent and trying to work out any problems which I only had one. The shipping company had said that the part would be 3 days business days late and it was very hot where I live and that was not pleasant news. They were incorrect though and the part came on time. The price was right for the AC compressor and I would buy again from carparts.com.
