The part arrived a day early and fit perfectly on my car. As for the two holes not being tapped is true, but was an easy fix with my screw and ratchet.

Pump installed easy and works fine. Only thing negative was that there are 2 holes that were supposed to be tapped and they were not. They supported a wire bracket plate. Need to find a metric tap now to finish the job.
