It looks nice it went on fairly easy. On my E350 MB the old grill had 5 lines of chrome & the one I got from you had 4.. I am not sure but I think it’s an older model? The shipping was great 😊

Answered by Shebet C / Wed, Dec 15The grill should come with the built-in hooks & pins as shown in the photo for the part. These are not add-on parts. If they didn't come with the grill you ordered, this part appears to be defective and should be exchanged

Answered by Eric U. / Wed, Dec 15The side hook things are not there as in the photo. You can see by the screw hole and molding that they are meant to be added, probably to reduce the shipping size, but they do not include the pieces. The factory part has them as part of single mould.
Return processed and replacement part did not come with them either. These mount points are absolutely integral for proper installation.

Answered by Arnel E. / Mon, Apr 05This part fits perfectly on a 2012 MB E350 4-dr. sedan. Its quality is excellent - As good as OEM. The only problem is to figure out how to remove the old grill and install the new one. Even YouTube did not have a specific video for this. But, you can make the replacement after unlocking the hinges on the bottom of the old grill and pull up the grill from its place.
