PREFECT!
It was so easy to change out - I'm embarrassed to admit I waited a year to change it.
The M/B dealer wanted over $800 to fix it and a windshield/glass repair shop told me it would be $332, stating the "the mirror if $200+ alone".
After receiving it in the mail, I went to go make sure it would fit and ended up changing it out in LESS THAN 5-MINUTES!
