The first one I received a turn signal didn’t work I gave them a call they sent me a new one out free of charge I’ve installed that one since receiving it and it works like a charm

TODAY'S DATE: 5/27/2021 The parts I ordered for my driver's side window were not compatible for my car and did not work. The parts apparently were made in China and not in Germany. the parts were not made by Mercedes Company. I had to order the parts from a Mercedes Company in Los Angeles. Today, the mechanic will install the new mirror and parts. I will never order from your company again.
