It has the hardware for the removable panels in the picture. To attach it to the vehicle, you will need to purchase the plastic push rivets separately.

Yes, it connects to both wheel liners and the forward splash shield.

Answered by Grace G. / Thu, Sep 03This is the main engine splash shield. It's called the rear because it affixes to the smaller shield attached to the front bumper cover.
Note: This will ONLY fit turbo models like the Evolution. You cannot easily modify it to fit non-turbo models. Holes do not line up.

Hi Anthony, I'm pleased to assist you. No. the oil drain plug and oil filter are not located in the engine splash shield. The oil drain plug is located under the oil pan at the bottom of the engine. The oil filter is on the bottom or side of the oil pan. The engine splash shield or undercarriage cover protects the engine compartment from water and dirt.
