Hi Horace, I'm glad to assist you. The low beam on your car is a 9005 halogen bulb and you will need a matching LED 9005 bulb to upgrade it. The Dodge Dart uses the 9005 halogen bulb for the low and high-beam function. The H11 is not compatible. What you need is a LED 9005 bulb, and you can find that locally or from other online stores.
