Who is killing the cat?Front Posi-Quiet Series Ceramic Brake Pad Set

Bought these ceramic pads along with new CENTRIC PREMIUM BRAKE DISC so everything would match and be like new. The stopping power is great but the brake squall is terrible. I've taken them off and re-lubricated everything and after a month they have gotten worse especially when backing up. The forward squeaking has almost stopped though. My buddy says it sounds like I''m killing a cat when I back out of a parking space. I will give them a little more time to seat in but if it keeps up I will be replacing them with semi-metalic pads. 2002 Nissan Maxima
