Question: I have a 2001 Nissan Altima that the converter needs replaced. Was wondering does this converter has the O2 senser or the additional threaded in tube fitting that goes to the back of the engine?Henry / Jun 04, 2021 / 2001 Nissan AltimaFront Catalytic Converter, 2.4L, 4Cyl, Federal Epa Standard, 46-State Legal (Cannot Ship To Ca, Co, Ny Or Me), Direct Replacement Series, Direct Fit
Hi Henry, I'm glad to help you out. This part does not have the oxygen sensor port. I also did checked the other brands available and there is no port for the oxygen sensor as well. The oxygen sensor port is not located on this part originally. Please refer to a vehicle specific service repair manual for the locations of the upstream and downstream oxygen sensors. It is best if you can consult your trusted local auto repair shop as well. Please click the link below to order this part today and take advantage of the sale price on this part. I hope this helps. Happy shopping.
