Hi Jeff, I'm glad to assist you. No. Unfortunately, this kit is only compatible with the 2-door coupe models. For the 2013 4-door sedan Altima, we only have the front struts available. Answered by Arnel E. / Fri, Sep 10My wife has a 2012 and they fit. The price is also a good deal. If your Altima has the same body style than these shocks should fit. It worked great for improving the ride. I'm not too sure on specific part number though but we'll worth the replacent of shocks. Good luck!
