Seems to be great so far, although it was slightly larger than the fan shroud but everything hooked up well. Was disappointed with the delivery bc of the way it was shipped it didn’t get shipped the first time had to make a couple calls to get one shipped

I put this radiator in a 2002 Nissan Frontier. My old one was just seeping a bit but I didn't want to put off the repair and end up overheating my engine. The core of the original radiator was only about 5/8 or 3/4 inches thick. I put the 1.25 inch core radiator in because I live in the desert and the cost difference was not that much. It fit perfectly and only took an hour or so to replace. Works great so far. Shipping was a little slow because of the corona virus but it still arrived in only a short time.

Answered by Jeonino E. / Mon, Mar 22I put this radiator in a 2002 Frontier XE with a 3.3 V-6 (Crew cab, long box, standard transmission). I replaced the original radiator. This one is has a thicker core but fit fine. Since I had a standard transmission I didn't hook up the transmission cooler connections. I can't say whether a 2004 is different from a 2002 but the the Carparts catalog shows them as taking the same radiator.
